They will show you on how to exercise regularly and correctly, prepare your diet sheet and the best of all, they will provide you with all the facilities that you need to exercise. The bad thing is, you have to fork out some extra money for their services.

4. Get a Wii-fit

This is the most simple and most entertaining of all. The Wii FIT game console from Nintendo is one of the most popular game console in the America. This is because you’re not only having fun playing the games, but games like Wii Fit, tennis, boxing, wrestling and others require you to play the game like you play it in real life. Not only that, you can exercise with Wii Fit from the comfort of your home. No need to feel ashamed or scared to think that people will see you sweating like a pig when you exercise at the parks!
